If you wish to wipe the rust from the heart,
If you wish to know what you do not know,
If you wish to find the Truth in you,

Âleme ibret gözüyle bakanlar
Çerâğın nûr-ı Mevlâ'dan yakanlar
Yerden gökden geçip arşa çıkanlar
Hakk'a tevhîd ile ermiş erenler
They look at the world to take lessons
They burn their lamps with the Light of the Mevlâ
They leave from land and sky to the Throne

Aldanma key sakın bu kâinâta
Geç ak u karadan bak nûr-ı zâta
Ermek ister isen bâkî hayâta

Don’t be deceived by this universe
Move past the black and white to the Light of the Essence
If you desire the eternal abode

Bulmak ister isen eğer Hüdâyî
Ehl-i tevhîde hizmet et Hüdâyî
Yola çeken odur bay u gedâyı

If you wish to find [the Truth], Hüdây!
Serve the people of Tevhîd, Hüdây!
On the path they take the rich and the poor,
